Data input and editing.
The structure should be based on a form consisting of a series of questions, with a wide range of elements that a leaflet may contain, from which the user can select only what is relevant to them. Recreating the process of creating a website briefing is challenging, and creating a synergy between two processes:
1. Where the user selects the website elements they are interested in, such as a gallery or team...
2. A process that, through questions, helps the user systematize their own knowledge about their business...
Not SEO oriented.

The evolution of website development has been driven by click counters; this is how titles are constructed. The same applies to content, which is usually optimized for search engines and keywords, rather than for the user or the presentation of the information.
I propose a reasonable disregard for some SEO guidelines and a focus on content that genuinely interests the website visitor, based on a flyer model that presents the information. This model has been effective in the real world for over 50 years.
The content and format should be optimized not for search engines, but for the viewer or reader, who is often already a customer or user contact, simply looking for some additional information or services.
Setting limits, for simplefying content edition.

Cheapest design element can dictate the overall look of a project. For example, if Instagram photos (due to their cost-effectiveness) are chosen over paid stock photos, their square format (1:1) might shape the entire website's layout. This approach can have advantages, as Instagram photos are often more authentic and widely used, making them easier to source without requiring special training.
However, there's a risk that using too many square elements could lead to a layout resembling something like Windows Mobile's grid system, which might feel rigid. To counter this, you can introduce variety through different shapes, animations, or layout adjustments to maintain a more dynamic and engaging design.
-----
Limit photo formats to most used ones on social media. Also a limit should be set for lenght of text, like it is on some social media platform, for a basic block of information.
Just as minimum lenght of text could be set, to fit overall layout.
Adding a "about" section (or other Basic block of information) to a flayer format should be as easy as sending a SMS with a photo from mobile phone, or sending a post with a photo on social media.
Internal integration.

Automation and integration between formats: business card, leaflet, brochure, catalog, magazine.
The leaflet format can serve as a homepage in the brochure or catalog format. Adding a gallery subpage in the brochure format will automatically add a "see more" button to the gallery section in the leaflet format.
The mutual integration of formats is meant to simplify the transition from one format to another as much as possible, creating a website/profile structure, even for a very inexperienced user.
